DrayOS pager fix for the interactive SSH client.

Fixed

• The pager answers the real DrayOS marker --- MORE --- ['q': Quit, 'Enter': New Lines, 'Space Bar': Next Page] ---. In 1.2.0, long DrayOS output (for example wan status on a Vigor 3912S) stalled and failed with an idle timeout
• A marker whose key hint arrives in a later chunk is answered once; a marker repainted after a carriage return is answered again
• The key hint is removed from command output with a handled marker
• Node >=24.21.0 <25
