Add multi-zone support for batch operations

Add ability to apply commands to multiple zones at once using new CLI
options and processing infrastructure.

New Features:

• Add -z/--zone option (repeatable) to specify multiple zones
• Add -f/--zones-file option to read zones from file
• Add --continue-on-error flag to proceed despite individual failures
• Create zones file parser with comment and whitespace handling
• Add pre-flight confirmation showing zone count before processing
• Implement 5-second delay between zones to avoid rate limiting
• Generate timestamped log file in $TMPDIR with operation details
• Display summary report with success/failure counts

New Functions (cf-inc-api.sh):

• _parse_zones_file(): Parse zones from file with comment support
• _init_multi_zone_log(): Initialize operation log file
• _log_zone_action(): Log individual zone operations
• _multi_zone_summary(): Generate summary report
• _confirm_multi_zone(): User confirmation prompt
• _process_multi_zone(): Main processing wrapper

Documentation:

• Update README.md with multi-zone examples
• Add multi-zone options to help output
• Create sample zones file (tests/multi-domain.txt)

Testing:

• Add comprehensive unit test suite (tests/test-multi-zone.sh)
• 21 tests covering parsing, logging, confirmation, and processing
