v2.25.0 — Seedance 4K + Stream resolution control

Fixed

• Resolution was silently capped below what Venice accepts. The registry listed Seedance as 480p/720p and renderVideoFile hard-pinned Seedance to 720p, rejecting any higher override. Re-probed live via POST /video/quote (2026-09-07): seedance-2-0-* accept 4k ($4.86/5s) and seedance-2-5-* accept 1080p ($2.56/5s) on the exact ids the harness already sends. A chosen resolution up to each model's ceiling now reaches the queue body; unsupported combos (e.g. Seedance 2.5 @4k) fall back to the family default instead of a 400.
• Explains the low-fidelity Stream/Loop look: MiniMax H3 Max/Turbo are 480P draft speed lanes (768P max; 2K is a hard 400), not a quality tier.

• Full resolution control in the Stream tab, per each model's real ladder. Seedance 2.0 → 480p/720p/1080p/4k, Seedance 2.5 → 480p/720p/1080p. Two true high-res lanes added: LTX Video 2.5 Fast (up to 2160p) and Veo 3.1 Fast (up to 4K). Fast 480P draft defaults unchanged — opt up when quality matters over live pacing.
• Live catalog sync (2026-09-07): registered ltx-2-5-fast/pro, minimax-hailuo-03 (2K), wan-3-0-prime, and seedance-2-0-*-basic (4K); capability sets kept in lockstep.
