Hotfix after v2026.08.01.1 — the lazy-loaded health module failed to parse, so the Health view would not open; the Find settings setting promo showed raw locale keys; overview carousel copy and breadcrumb labels were missing in nl/de/fr.

Health

• fix Health module parse error — a missing }); after the filter-pill click handler and an undeclared searchInput in renderToolbar() stopped dashboard-health.js from loading, so the lazy-loaded Health view never registered window.DashboardHealth (dashboard-health.js).
• fix Health lazy-load race — the loader now waits until script exports are registered after onload, not only for the load event (dashboard-health-loader.js).

Config

• fix Find settings setting promo — the promo catalog referenced findSettingsPromoTitle / findSettingsPromoBody, which do not exist in locales; it now uses settingsSearchPromoTitle / settingsSearchPromoBody (config-setting-promos.js).
• fix Overview → Health handoff — overview tiles and needs-attention rows apply the health filter after openHealthView() so lazy loading and restored view state do not drop the filter (dashboard-config.js).
• fix Overview carousel & breadcrumb i18n — nl/de/fr translations for the new-features carousel; viewBreadcrumbRoot and bookmarks page-filter promo strings added where missing (locales/{nl,de,fr}.json).
