Skills Tab in Agent Config

• New "Skills" tab with category filter pills (emoji badges + counts)
• Text search across skill names, descriptions, and tags
• Skills grouped by category with section headers
• One-click install via + button per skill
• "Install all" bulk action
• Toggle enable/disable and delete per installed skill
• Refresh button to reload catalog

On-Demand Auto-Install

• Skills automatically install when the user message matches a skill's keyword triggers
• No more hardcoded skill lists at deploy time — agents start lean and grow as needed
• Integration skills still auto-install based on agent config (Gmail enabled → Gmail skill)

Skills Registry & API

• Auto-discovery of .skill.md files from builtins/ directory
• YAML frontmatter format with category, triggers, tags, priority
• 6 REST API endpoints: list builtins, list agent skills, install, install-all, toggle, delete
• Category field on Skill/SkillSummary types with full serialization support

🐛 Bug Fixes

• Fixed BUILTINS_DIR resolution failing in production/Docker (multi-path fallback)
• Fixed individual skill install button calling bulk install API instead of single install
• Fixed Gmail integration block nested wrapper causing layout issues
• Fixed Home Assistant integration block double-nested collapsible
• Added .skill.md files to Docker image (COPY in Dockerfile)

🎨 UI Improvements

• SVG integration icons for Gmail, Google Calendar, iCloud Calendar, Home Assistant, Radarr, Sonarr
• New SvgAssetIcon component for consistent SVG rendering
• Flattened Gmail and Home Assistant config blocks in integrations tab
• Skills awareness added to agent discipline blocks (ES + EN)
