What's new

hive ps — local hive map

New deterministic command showing active claude processes, current project git branch and worktree count, today's command activity, and other hives active in the last 7 days.

Routing fix: no more silent API billing

ANTHROPIC_API_KEY is now ignored from a terminal or hook context. It is only consulted when running inside an active Claude Code session (CLAUDECODE set). Users who have an API key in their shell env for other tools can no longer accidentally get billed on every hive command or PreCompact hook fire.

LLM cost documentation

New ## LLM features section in the README with a clear two-tier table, per-command model/cost breakdown, and a free-command list. TL;DR: if you have Claude Code, you pay nothing extra.
