Live web dashboard, bookmarklet feedback loop, UI polish

Dashboard

  • hive serve [port] [--hot] (hive ws): Live web dashboard at localhost:3847 with 8 views (all, daily, dev, simple, stats, know, mem, notes). Auto-refresh, dark theme, zero external dependencies.
  • --hot flag: Watch source files, auto-restart server on change.
  • Markdown rendering: Knowledge guides, prompts, and notes render as formatted HTML. Pure Python stdlib regex renderer.
  • Web CRUD: POST /api/remember, /api/todo/add, /api/todo/done, /api/note/append, /api/note/switch. Forms embedded in panels.
  • Cmd+K search, split-pane resizing, log type filters, note slot switcher, sparkline with weekend shading.

Bookmarklet feedback loop

  • hive ui-install: Generates a bookmarklet and copies it to clipboard. Click it on any page to capture an element + note.
  • Feedback POSTs to localhost:3847/ui-feedback, queues in .ui-queue, and the UserPromptSubmit hook injects it as [UI Feedback] on your next Claude Code prompt. One-shot, no copy-paste.

Tests

  • 1116 tests passing (up from 912).
