• Improved Slack no-session and stale-approval guidance, with deterministic coverage for slash command, App Home, approval, and PR lifecycle surfaces.

Validation

• Full npm run check passed under 0.2.1.
• 138 tests passed.
• Release readiness, npm audit, secret scan, work-packet validation, and whitespace checks passed.
