Sync upstream UI through 390718e while preserving the fork dashboard, layout, provider cards, and management routes.

  • Add the global GitHub token setting and recover OAuth polling after accepted callbacks.
  • Correct Codex redemption confirmation, Claude credit pools, and xAI usage presentation.
  • Add generic plugin quota cards, exact credential routing, and independent cache identities.
  • Exclude sponsor content and upstream cosmetic/page rewrites.

Validation: 452 tests, lint, TypeScript/build, independent staged audit, and browser checks against the API fork.
