Release 1.1.1: self-hosting, Azure, and UI fixes

Summary

• use the published release image in the copy-ready Compose file while preserving the development override
• fix Azure mutation origin checks behind Docker port mappings and reverse proxies
• allow OAuth client IDs to resolve from Azure Key Vault alongside client secrets
• center the empty-project state, adopt a 110% default UI scale, and persist light/dark preference
• keep newly scrollable response content keyboard accessible
• bump the application version to 1.1.1
