GT Live 0.3.1

Fixes menus scrolling to the bottom by themselves.

After you clicked or dragged a menu's scrollbar or slider, the game kept it focused, so W/A/S/D, the arrow keys or a gamepad stick moved it. Those are also the map-panning keys, so panning south pushed lists to the bottom until you clicked somewhere else. GT Live now releases that focus when you let go of the mouse button. This also applies in single player.

0.3.1 can play with 0.3.0, but both players should update to get the fix.

Updating from 0.3.0: replace BepInEx\plugins\GTLive\GTLive.dll in your game folder with the one from the zip.
