Child System

This release brings some extremely useful new features to the table, and lays the foundation for more.

You can create children now using the vtui! macro:

vtui! {
    // You can lay out your children horizontally or vertically
    Flow::Horizontal,
    Child1 {}, // This will receive a default layout measure
    Child2 {
        // You can also choose the measure on your own
        Measure::Exact(50),
    },
}

A new layout system is also added. While it is barebones until v0.3.0, you can create simple fixed-size layouts if you so choose to.
