Add team control context to contract data
The contract API doesn't expose service time or arbitration status, so pre-arb and arb-eligible players appear identical to expiring free agents (all show as 1-year contracts). This caused agents to incorrectly flag team-controlled players as about to walk.
- Added salary-based heuristics to the
get_contractstool description so agents can distinguish pre-arb (~$900K), arbitration ($1–8M), and negotiated free-agent deals - Documented the limitation and heuristics in CLAUDE.md
