H6 failure-gate study artifacts

Registered artifact bundles for the H6 failure-gate study (both registrations, bound pilot, and the abandoned first manifest of registration 2, published for transparency). Each bundle contains run.json, decision-rule.json, expected-design.json, episodes.jsonl, statistics/power/audit artifacts where the run produced them, and the append-only deviation log. The statistics replay reproduces statistics.json byte-for-byte from episodes.jsonl with zero model calls: npx tsx packages/remnic-cli/src/index.ts bench coding repeated-failure stats --run <unpacked-dir>.
