Performance fix

Opening solution-files was introduced in v.1.1. However opening these files in the roots of big branches could cause severe lock-ups due to permission propagation set to ensure Emacs can write backup-files for the solution-files being opened.

This release fixes this problem by only setting directory-permissions when missing.

Minor update

This update provides the following new features and fixes:

• handle files and projects with space in the file-name or path.
• allow selecting items in solution-explorer (project and solution files too).

Should contain the basics for the extension to be useful in a daily real-world workflow.
