🛠 Improvements

Fix iOS SPM Tooling support: Move Package.swift and Sources/ into ios/heif_converter/ to match the convention used by Flutter's Swift Package Manager integration.
This ensures the plugin is correctly detected when enable-swift-package-manager is enabled in Flutter config.
