EnableApp v1.1

Switched to PNG icon for cleaner rendering without the uneven border scaling issues of ICNS files.

Changes:

  • Now uses direct PNG icon (315KB) instead of ICNS
  • Cleaner appearance in Dock and Finder
  • Smaller app bundle (580KB)

Download & Use

  1. Download EnableApp.zip
  2. Unzip and drag EnableApp.app to /Applications
  3. Open EnableApp and drag problematic .app bundles onto it
  4. The app runs xattr -cr to remove quarantine attributes

First Launch

EnableApp is unsigned. Either:

  • Right-click → Open on first launch
  • Or run once: xattr -cr /Applications/EnableApp.app
