Validation state at this cut

• Three-mode entity-parity sweep (cloud / local / hybrid) passed at the registry level; hybrid is a strict superset of cloud, local gaps are exactly the documented cloud-only set.
• 1949 tests passing; mypy strict clean.
• Docker hybrid live-validated (614 entities, 0 unavailable, 0 errors); production has soaked the entire beta.18→beta.27 line.
• Every bug reported during the beta cycle is fixed and closed; the issue board holds only 3.5.0-milestoned enhancements.
• First release line on the stable pylxpweb 0.9.36 (after 28 betas of library hardening).

Recent highlights (see the beta changelogs for the full train): DST switch + sync overhaul, forced full Refresh button, Fast-mode misroute resilience with proven-capable semantics, Grid Peak Shaving complete across all modes, off-grid AC Charge Start/End Battery SOC controls, EPS Load corrected to the true subset, serial-context dongle logging.
