Fast-follow beta: fixes from a dual (Codex + Claude) bug scan of beta.1. Requires pylxpweb 0.9.38b2 (installed automatically).

beta.1 users should upgrade before testing firmware updates — beta.1's orchestrator falsely abandoned running update steps after ~7 minutes (fail-safe, but the update looked failed).

Fixed

  • Firmware orchestrator status-cache replay (both scanners independently): every progress poll now bypasses the 5-min idle cache.
  • AC-charge settings read enabled=false in cloud mode (pre-existing).
  • Concurrent firmware installs could double-fire: per-serial reload-safe install lock.
  • Timezone-migration retry could bake in a duplicate day; alignment now tolerates DST-at-midnight zones.
