Bank-current canary scales with battery count (eg4_web_monitor#367)

The flat 500 A bank-current corruption bound falsely rejected a 9-battery bank's genuine ~750 A solar-noon charging current, staling bank/battery sensors exactly at peak.

• Bound now scales at 150 A per battery (500 A floor), using the larger of reg 96 and the batteries actually present in the read (covers reg-96 under-reporting on rotating firmware).
• Hard 2000 A ceiling (20-battery count canary × 100 A physical max) keeps the canonical 2996 A register-desync value rejected even if a correlated desync inflates the count.
