bugsift v0.2.1

Install

curl -fsSL https://github.com/joym-gits/bugsift/releases/latest/download/install.sh | bash

The installer pulls pre-built images from GitHub Container
Registry (see the publish-images workflow), generates all
secrets, writes .env, runs migrations, and starts the
