Highlights

• Fixed Claude usage refresh for Claude’s new app-shell usage dialog, including better waiting for Session/Weekly rows and faster recovery from stale scrape errors.
• Removed the obsolete separate Claude Design limit now that Claude has merged it into normal usage.
• Improved session-to-weekly burn-rate history so partial tail-end samples no longer show as fake prior weeks or misleading ratios.
