qLLM 0.3.0

Product release. The runtime still advertises protocol 0.2.0; 0.1.0 preset, catalog, and Query IR files stay valid.

Sources
Harness / goldens remain postgres, mysql, mongodb, and rest.

Also in the binary (experimental, no compose): mssql, sqlite, clickhouse, dynamodb, cassandra, ksql, plus redis and kafka (read-only; Redis allowlists GET/HGETALL/LRANGE/SSCAN/ZRANGE/XRANGE; Kafka fetches without a consumer group or offset commit).

Wire aliases use the parent driver: MySQL family mariadb, tidb, vitess, aurora_mysql, planetscale; Postgres family cockroach, yugabyte, alloydb, aurora_postgres, neon, supabase, timescale, redshift.

Query and catalog
REST getById when every path {name} has an eq filter; offset pagination and itemsKey.
fromFilter fills keys the API omitted after an eq.
fields[].shape documents json structure in describe_catalog.
json cells come back as objects/arrays; SQL column types come from DuckDB.
Scoped keys (D21)
One qllm.access.yaml entry per app type. A derived Bearer (app.user.expiry.hmac) forces eq on entities[].scope. Catalog SQL injects that scope on fetch. Demo: docker-compose.enforced.yml + deploy/prd/enforced/.

Operators
Scripts live under scripts/dev/, scripts/prd-tst/, and scripts/standalone/.
Live SQL goldens: .\scripts\dev\check-live.ps1.
Compose mounts deploy/image/config and fixtures/test-api/data.json (catalog/seed changes do not need an image rebuild).
Product image still bakes deploy/prd/default/.
