  • README "What it looks like" section with a live session screenshot — the plugin explaining coherence and auditability over speed, with risk-gate routing.

Changed

  • the-architect and operating-model-bootstrap now teach a single, coherent ADR convention for adopting teams: ADRs live in ADR/, with a decision's lifecycle visible in both the filename postfix (-DRAFT / -approved) and an in-file status: field. Replaces the prior architecture/decisions/ + inline-Status guidance.
