Added

• EPUB 2 and EPUB 3 input, both reflowable and fixed-layout: spine order, metadata, the cover, images, the book's stylesheet, and table of contents entries as headings and bookmarks. DRM-locked EPUBs are refused with a clear message; font-obfuscated books convert normally
• Comic archive (.cbz) input: one full page per image in natural file-name order, sized to the image, with ComicInfo.xml metadata
• FictionBook 2 input, plain (.fb2) and zipped (.fb2.zip), with sections as headings, poems, epigraphs, notes, embedded images and declared encodings such as Windows-1251
• Plain text (.txt) input with conservative chapter heading detection and Project Gutenberg headers and licences trimmed
• Single HTML file (.html, .htm, .xhtml) input with its own stylesheets and the images in its folder; remote images are never fetched
• Content-based format detection, so a book with the wrong extension is still read as what it really is
• --include-text to convert .txt and .html files found when scanning a folder, which are skipped otherwise
• WebP images
• Save as default on the layout screen: press s to keep the chosen page size for every later conversion

Changed

• Pressing Ctrl-C during a headless batch now stops handing out books, so books that never started are no longer reported as failed
• The project, binary, Go module path and configuration folder are now ebook-to-pdf, and the environment variables are EBOOK_TO_PDF_CONFIG and EBOOK_TO_PDF_LOG_LEVEL. Settings saved under the old azw3-to-pdf name are not migrated
• The default page size is US Letter. E-reader and Compact were A5 and Large print was A4; Paperback, A4 and Phone keep their own sizes. To get A5 back, choose A5 on the layout screen and press s, or set layout.page_size: a5 in the configuration file
• Comics and fixed-layout books get one PDF page per book page, with no added cover or title page
• The promo page moved to ebook-to-pdf.equilllabs.com
• Headless output and probe show sizes the way the interface does, for example 312 KB rather than 312.4 KB

Fixed

• --no-color now turns colour off; it was accepted but ignored
• Pressing esc during a batch in the interface now lets the book being converted finish, as the status line says, instead of abandoning it half written
