Adds the cross-cli-handshake submodule (pinned at v1.0.0): the Cross-CLI Role Handshake — one canonical delegation policy turning claude, codex, and agy into each other's pseudo-subagents, loop-safe via role markers.

  • Umbrella README toolkit table updated to seven toolkits
  • Unlike the other toolkits, cross-cli-handshake is user-global and user-machine only — it configures the CLIs themselves and has no project-level install and no Cline/Cursor targets
