Imported-recipe photos now survive re-publish. (#42)
Imported recipes and menus store their photo as a cdn.bsky.app URL, which the browser can't fetch (no CORS). On re-publish (adopt-own-records, or publishing an imported copy), the photo blob couldn't be collected and the record silently lost its image.
The CDN URL embeds the author DID + blob CID, so we now fetch the original bytes from the author's PDS via com.atproto.sync.getBlob — a public, CORS-enabled endpoint. Applies to both direct and broker-mode publishes.
Arbitrary external photo hosts (non-Bluesky) still need a proxy — tracked as follow-up.
