Tohseno 1.2.0 Release Candidate 4

RC4 makes the Ship path explicit in the Mac app. It repairs Registry response decoding, adds signed one-click CLI activation, shows the exact tohseno init and tohseno deploy commands, exposes the one-time Companion pairing QR, and distinguishes healthy Registry browsing from the intentionally disabled publication relayer.
