Owner-attended release candidate 5.

This fixes the false connection error seen when tohseno init performs a real Xcode Simulator build. The CLI now stays attached to that bounded build and prints a plain-language progress update every 10 seconds until Xcode finishes.

Built from exact commit c4e6d3503d0818ea2d25c84d33338e0734d2a610, Developer ID signed, Apple notarized, stapled, Gatekeeper checked, and verified as universal arm64 + x86_64.

This remains an acceptance candidate, not the stable 1.2.0 release.
