The in-app Help now documents adding Host blocks: a fourth Getting Started step and a dedicated Adding a Host block section covering the footer action, Tools menu, Cmd/Ctrl+N, patterns, backups and the Host * refusal.

macOS universal DMG, Windows portable ZIP, Linux tar.gz and checksums. The Windows installer for 2.1.7 is built manually from Actions → windows-installer.
