QoL and bug fixes, including some work on canvas ephemeral notes and connections (which has also provided more MCP functionality on canvases).

Four big new features, in ascending order of bigness:

1. Standardized and expanded availability of @,#,| mentions in fields, so that creating placeholders for nodes/collections that don't exist yet is easier and more reliable and the mentions render properly in as many places as possible.
2. Added a daily scratchpad/weekly review reflection feature to highlight text for sending into future notes, so that something you record today (or as part of this week's review) can be set to appear in future daily note scratchpads (and weekly reflections) until you decide it shouldn't. I recently went on a business trip and found this to be super helpful for keeping ephemeral-but-multi-day info at my fingertips (e.g., airport parking spot, hotel room number, etc.) in the current day's daily note, even if I recorded it on a previous day. Right now it seeds ahead to each subsequent day until you put a stop to it, but next on the roadmap for this is to be able to limit to specific future dates if you want (almost like an info snooze button).
3. Long text field templates! Draft up a template that can be applied to any individual long text field in any node, either manually in each node or automatically for all new nodes of that type through the type's definition (including daily scratchpad notes). So, seed your daily scratchpad with a template that can include custom headers, automatic cursor placement, placement of text sent from older notes, and more on the way.
4. Implementation of a changes table with watcher: this is entirely under the hood, but is a step toward offline support in clients.
