- Bump package version to 0.25.82-cli
- Fix check-upstream.mjs to accept both 0.25.82 and 0.25.82-cli tags
- Fix build.mjs shebang typo (#i -> #!/)
- Add bin/livesync-cli.js to .gitignore (build artifact)
