v0.1.0 — the shelf
The v1 scaffold of The Rookery. Community files (MIT, CONTRIBUTING, Code of Conduct, SECURITY), issue and PR templates, the skills shelf layout, and the seven-job workflow map (Research, Plan, Design, Build, Ship, Maintain, Learn) across README and WORKFLOWS.md.
The rules the repo lives by. Curated not collected, main is the store shelf, and the same-door rule.
Mirrors CHANGELOG.md per the repo's release convention.
