MAJOR point release! long-options renamed to be POSIX compliant.

Prior to v2.0.0 of fixseqpadding all the long-option names used a "camel case" naming convention but as of v2.0.0 all long-option names have been changed to so-called "kebab case".

It is highly likely that this script is NOT being used within other user scripts, but in case it is, two sed script files have been provided at the root level of the repo, similar to lsseq and renumseq's repo.
