What's new

• More reliable wake-up through the LG TV: the Wake-on-LAN packet is now repeated before every attempt to reach the TV during the wait, so a TV that misses the first packet still switches on.
• Power button while connecting: a tap made while the app is still connecting now waits for that attempt to finish, then puts the TV to sleep if it answered or wakes the chain if it did not. It no longer spends extra seconds re-resolving the TV's address first.
• Connection log on disk: the log survives app restarts and covers the whole wake-up chain, every command and every connection change. The log screen has a share button that hands the log files to any app you choose. Typed text is never logged.

First public release of Apple TV Remote, an open Android remote control for Apple TV that talks to the TV directly over the local network with the Companion Link protocol. No account, cloud service or extra hardware is needed.
