Add metadata command to ytsync CLI

- Add new 'metadata' command for fetching video metadata without transcripts
- Support table (default) and JSON output formats
- Display comprehensive metadata: title, uploader, duration, view count, etc.
- More reliable than transcript extraction which can hit API limits
