Bug fixes

Fix saving of options in certain edge cases
Fix wrong migration of tag filters for users who were on 0.3.2 when updating to 0.5.4
Unfortunately my bad code discarded your old tag filters, and you will have to restore them
Fix registering of background handlers - should make right click to hide tags work properly again :)
