Follow-up to 0.5.7-beta.1, same eslint-fixes branch. For BRAT testing only.

Changes since beta.1:

• Support Development link now points to Buy Me a Coffee (buymeacoffee.com/johnny1093)
• "Open Mobile Settings" button text -> sentence case, matching the rest of the Advanced Toolbar tab
• Fixed the same button: openTabById("mobile") targeted a settings tab that no longer exists (pre-existing bug, not introduced by this branch) - now opens the Interface tab, where Configure mobile toolbar actually lives

Known issue carried over from beta.1: Save button overlaps a close icon in the "choose custom name" modal when adding a new command - tracked separately, not fixed in this build.
