v0.45.0: m Disable OSC 10/11 responses to PTY

Stop replying to OSC 10/11 foreground/background colour queries by writing responses into the PTY master. Removed explicit color-query reply writes from captureAndWrite and keep vt10x.WithWriter disabled so vt10x does not send replies into the PTY. Updated comments in pane.go and osc.go to explain that OSC 10/11 queries are consumed but not answered (responses go to ioutil.Discard) and to document the rationale: writing replies into ptmx injects bytes into the shell's stdin which can corrupt remote SSH sessions and cause stale bytes to be echoed by fast-exiting programs. DA/DA2/CPR device-report handling remains handled manually elsewhere.
