v0.1.0
cf518d7

An agent-readable tutorial and native launcher source package for the Samsung UN75U8000FFXZA on firmware T-KSU2EFAKUC-0090-1300.9.

Includes Quiet Home, quick settings, DualSense pairing integration, targeted cleanup profiles, snapshot-based rollback tools, local artwork fetching, and documented privacy/performance findings. Start with README.md and AGENTS.md.

The native launcher and access payloads compile cleanly. All 19 Python tests and the C# catalog checks pass locally. The generalized public recipes have not been replayed end-to-end on a second TV; other model/firmware combinations require investigation. Netflix input-lag improvement remains unconfirmed, despite measured memory improvements.

The attached source archive contains only tracked public files. It excludes private device records, proprietary Samsung binaries, and downloaded publisher artwork. SHA256SUMS is included for the archive.
