Fixed

• Siren Tone Interval = 0 did not disable the tone (#4): the setting was read with int(settings.get("eas_tone_interval") or 300), and since 0 is falsy it silently fell back to 300 seconds. EAS profiles still got the tone generator and amix audio-mixing filter, which could also leave audio silent on some sources (e.g. E-AC-3 5.1). 0 is now honored; the default of 300 only applies when the setting is unset, blank, or invalid.
  • Existing EAS profiles keep the tone until the next alert (or Test EAS Alert) creates a new one.
• Spurious update_stream_profile failed ... M3UAccountProfile matching query does not exist warning (#5): _assign_profile() called Dispatcharr's Channel.update_stream_profile() with a stream-profile id, but that method works on M3U account profile ids and manages connection-pool slots. Removed the call; assigning channel.stream_profile and saving is sufficient and the profile switch/restore behavior is unchanged.
