Serial Interval Data

What you should see

Input Documentation

Choose serialIntervalData file to upload

Choose a .csv file to upload from your computer containing serial interval data. Please click here for a description of what your file should contain.

If your file has headers (i.e. the first row is not raw data), ensure you tick the header option.

Choose n2

A positive integer giving the size of the sample drawn from the posterior distribution of R for each serial interval distribution considered.

Set a seed

An optional integer used as a seed for the random number generator at the start of the function. Useful to get reproducible results. If the seed is left blank then a random seed will be chosen for you each time you click go, useful to see the variation over different runs.
