Markmason v0.2.0

This minor release aligns the version with the executable Markdown format change
introduced in v0.1.2. Pin v0.2.0 for the fenced format and current walkthrough
features. Previously published tags remain unchanged.

Highlights

• Write commands in fenced markmason blocks, with descriptive headings and
  multiple commands per block.
• Walk through real command output using --step, with a searchable file picker,
  expected and actual output, and a pause after each command.
• Reuse a getting-started document with setup: mm gettingstarted.md. Its setup,
  commands, and assertions run automatically in the walkthrough's shared fixture.
• Run a single Markdown file directly: mm walkthrough.md --step skips the picker.
• Keep nested setup in the shared checkout, preserve state and background
  processes, and wait for Windows process cleanup before deleting cloned fixtures.
