v0.1.1

@jsxxwhai jsxxwhai released this 12 Sep 08:42

Fixed

  • Ignore bare category words such as cli in section matching, removing false positives from unrelated headings like "Dotnet CLI".
  • Keep qualified compound keywords such as cli-frameworks eligible for exact section matches.
  • Add regression tests; the offline suite now has 35 tests.

stargap 0.1.0

Choose a tag to compare

@jsxxwhai jsxxwhai released this 12 Sep 08:32

First public release.

stargap finds high-star curated lists that should mention your project but do not. It profiles a repository, searches focused awesome in:name queries, verifies that candidates are real curated lists with a matching topic section, drops lists that already mention the project, and ranks the remaining gaps by relevance, list-ness and reach.

Highlights:

  • Zero-dependency Node CLI for Node 18+
  • npx stargap <owner/repo>
  • Terminal, Markdown and JSON reports with paste-ready entries
  • 24-hour local cache and rate-limit-aware GitHub access
  • Composite GitHub Action for scheduled gap checks
  • 33 offline tests

If you find a bad match, please open an issue with the target, candidate and exact command. Those reports become regression tests.
