Updated template to match XCode v11.0 Assets.xcassets AppIcon template.

• With a matching filename structure, it's now easier to drag and drop exported icons into XCode and know where they all go.

This release adds back the 20px, 40px, and 60px sizes for Icon-Notification, Icon-Notification@2x, and Icon-Notification@3x.

@maggo opened an issue to remove these since the tables at https://developer.apple.com/library/content/qa/qa1686/_index.html don't list these icons. It appears to be a mistake, however, because the diagrams below those tables display the notification sizes for iPhone and iPad notifications. Thanks a lot Apple 🙃 .
