Initial release of the Bangla Compiler (bcl), a tool to compile Bangla-scripted programs into executable binaries using Flex, Bison, and LLVM.

Features

• Basic integer operations and conditionals.
• Outputs integers in Bangla numerals (e.g., ১০ for 10).
