Downloads and offline library now use a database

Your downloads and your offline copy of the library have moved out of JSON files and into a database. Nothing is lost in the move: the old files are kept and renamed, not deleted.

This is a one-way migration. After installing this, going back to 0.5.6 or earlier will show no downloads, because the files those versions read have been renamed.

Added

• Gapless playback, now working and always on. Thanks to @haccersmakker for tracking down the gap left on the first change of track.
• Favourited albums and artists open offline even if you never downloaded a song from them.
• Radio stations can be pinned, and the screen gains a search box once you have enough of them.
• German and Italian are fully translated, thanks to @Psychotoxical and @Anakin-bb8.

Changed

• Up to 25 items can be pinned, instead of 4.
• Removing a profile now asks first, and deletes its downloads and offline copy.

Fixed

• Original quality played lossless files at double speed and an octave up, with heavy clipping, on phones whose decoder answers a request for 32-bit audio without saying that it did. It reached the 0.6.0 pre-release only, and transcoding is no longer needed to get around it.
• With Android's "Bold text" enabled, the last letter of a word was cut off across the app. The app no longer takes that setting.
• Random songs and mixes took the same amount from every library regardless of its size, and mixes could still use a library you had disabled.
• Switching profiles could leave the offline library unreadable.
• Downloading asked the server twice for the lyrics of every song without them.
• Deleting a large discography could fail.
