cmrdesign Python 0.1.0a2 alpha

Python alpha release

This is the second Python alpha for cmrdesign. It updates the package README shown on PyPI so the public project page displays the real PyPI install command.

Install from PyPI:

python -m pip install cmrdesign==0.1.0a2

Verification:

Notes:

• This is alpha pre-release software; pin the exact version while the API is pre-release.
• The R package remains available from R-universe and is not yet a CRAN release.
