Smart Storage AI APK

APK Size: 4.4M (4 MB)
Expected: 15-20 MB (without embedded AI models)

What's New

  • Critical bug fixes (undefined AI variables, cache key mismatch, operator precedence)
  • Security fix (XSS prevention in chat messages)
  • Performance fix (Rust model reuse instead of reload per call)
  • UX improvements (proper error UI, double-click confirm, ARIA labels)
  • File type map sync between TypeScript and Rust backends
  • History undo now properly restores file state

Architecture

  • Lean APK with no embedded models
  • SmolLM2-135M (~92 MB GGUF Q4_K_M) downloads on first launch
  • 100% local AI inference via wllama WebAssembly
  • Optional modules (CLIP Vision, Whisper, Tesseract) available later

Installation

  1. Download the APK below
  2. Transfer to Android device
  3. Install (enable "Unknown Sources" if prompted)
  4. Open app - Welcome screen appears
  5. Click "Start Setup" to download AI model (~92 MB)
  6. Wait ~60s on WiFi, or skip to use without AI
