📦 Two-Tier Architecture APK

APK Size: 4.2M (4 MB)

📥 Installation

  1. Download the APK below
  2. Transfer to Android device
  3. Install (enable "Unknown Sources" if prompted)
  4. Open app → Welcome screen appears
  5. Click "Start Setup" → Downloads AI model
  6. Wait ~60 seconds on WiFi
  7. Enjoy AI-powered organization!

🌐 Configured Models

  • SmolLM2: HuggingFace (50 MB ONNX)
  • CLIP Vision: HuggingFace (84 MB ONNX)
  • Whisper Tiny: Cloudflare R2 (75 MB ONNX)
  • Tesseract OCR: Cloudflare R2 (30 MB WASM)

🐛 Troubleshooting

  • "App not installed": Uninstall old version first
  • Setup doesn't show: Clear app data
  • Download fails: Check internet connection
